Right of revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without stating reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you have or has taken the goods into possession. In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, telefax or email) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the standard revocation form attached for this purpose; however, it is not mandatory. Sending the notice that you are exercising your right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period suffices to comply with the revocation period. If a contract for data supply was concluded with vwd Vereinigte Wirtschaftsdienste GmbH at the same time as the contract was concluded (see our General Terms and Conditions), a revocation expressed to us by you simultaneously applies as a revocation vis-à-vis vwd Vereinigte Wirtschaftsdienste GmbH, such that to this extent, you are not required to hand in any further declaration (including to vwd Vereinigte Wirtschaftsdienste GmbH).

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we are required to pay you back all payments that we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs that result from you having chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notice of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you implemented during the original transaction, unless something else has been explicitly agreed upon with you; in no event will fees be charged to you as a result of this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until the goods have been returned to us or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier. You must send the goods back to us or hand them over to us immediately and in any event at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days expires. You cover the direct costs of sending back the goods. You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods if this loss of value results from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the condition, nature and functioning of the goods.
