New LogIn-Dialog

The LogIn dialog has been redesigned.
Under "Advanced functions" you will find setting options that might be important before logging in. New and useful here is e.g. "Delete temporary files at every program start".

Newly reworked search dialog

- The formerly separate derivatives search has been integrated into the "Warrants" and "Certificates" tabs. Only for symbols listed in Germany.
- In the "Options" tab, Euronext options and US options can now also be searched. To see US Options, a separate subscription is required.
- The search settings are now much more structured and clearer.
- The search result no longer stops after 10000 symbols have been found. The search result is now clearly divided and displayed by security type in tabs.

Chart updates

- There is now only one tab for displaying daily data. The third tab "EoD" has been removed and "EoD Long term" has been renamed to "Daily". From now on, all existing daily data will be displayed in this tab "Daily". All chart settings are taken over.
- New scroll function in chart: This function is activated in the upper right corner of the chart when a symbol from a list is displayed in a chart via drag n drop or opened in a new chart window via right-click menu.

- Two new buttons for signal activation and drawing functions in the window toolbar. Buttons for Buy and Sell have been removed.
- New shortcut "F" for showing and hiding the crosshairs. "CTRL+F" still activates the data query.

Drawing functions

- In addition to the start and end point, the line tool tip now also displays a difference to the start value in absolute and percentage terms.
- New trend channel: A new simple variant for drawing trend channels has been integrated. First you draw a line with the mouse and a virtual parallel line appears, which can easily be placed above or below. In the drawing settings you can switch to the old trend channel variant with the magnet function.

Multi-Monitor-Mode

- In the "Display" menu, the display of the TAI-PAN Realtime program can be switched to multi-monitor mode. The desktop view of the program disappears and each window, charts, lists and so on are displayed separately.
- In this mode, each window can be placed separately outside the application, e.g. on a different monitor.
- The layouts save which mode they are in. This means that you can switch back to your usual environment by loading an older layout.
- If you work in multi-monitor mode, you should also create layouts here and label them accordingly to distinguish them from the layouts of the "normal" mode. In one of the next updates, a labeling of the layouts in the dialog will be added.
- Since the toolbars are no longer used in multi-monitor mode, all chart settings are now located in the window toolbar.

System layouts and autobackups

- In the layout dialog there is a new button/function: "System layouts". Here you can import and load all start layouts provided by L+P. In the future, layouts for different trading themes will also be provided here.
- Autobackup: With version 9.0, up to five backups are saved automatically on logout. These can be imported and loaded just like the other layouts.

Menu structure

- The menus have also been changed and optimized. The shortcuts have remained the same.
