I can cancel my contract declaration within two weeks without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail). The period begins at the earliest with receipt of this instruction. The contract is concluded upon signing this registration form and returning it to Lenz + Partner. The seminar fee includes participation in the event, training documents and refreshments. Not included are travel and hotel expenses of the participant. The seminar fee will be invoiced prior to the start of the event. The invoice is payable upon receipt without deduction. Up to 10 days prior to the event date, the customer may cancel his registration in writing free of charge or rebook to another date. If the customer cannot participate in the event, he can name a substitute participant in writing at any time free of charge. In the event that the seminar is not cancelled in due time or in the event of non-participation, the full seminar price must be paid or the seminar price will not be refunded. Lenz + Partner reserves the right to cancel an event at short notice if the minimum number of participants of 5 persons is not reached or in case of illness or other absence of the speaker. In this case, seminar fees already paid to Lenz + Partner will be refunded in full. Further claims of the customer are excluded. I hereby declare my agreement with the above contractual conditions.
